The ESC Damp and Mould Assessor pathway is a set of three courses for housing staff, property professionals, surveyors and specialist investigators.
Start with Level 1 awareness, choose one Level 2 course in either residential housing or traditional and historic buildings, then progress to the Ofqual-regulated Level 3 Award. Together, the three levels form one complete training pathway.

ESC Certified courses

Retrofit
Qualifications and CPD for professionals working across retrofit assessment, energy efficiency, traditional buildings, PAS 2035 and PAS 2038.
Qualifications
