Overview

  IN-HOUSE    CPD      1 DAY

Our Energy Efficiency and Retrofit of Non-Domestic Buildings Course will equip you with the knowledge you need to work to the PAS2038 retrofit standard, whether you are in the supply chain of one of the many organisations that requires it, or are a client.

There are approximately three million non-domestic buildings in the UK which are wide ranging in age and nature and can present some huge challenges. UK Government have sponsored the development of PAS 2038 to bring about a logical and consistent approach to ensure that professional standards are achieved and that retrofit is appropriate.

This in-house course is delivered by expert practitioner and part-time educator Professor John Edwards, MA, DipBldgCons, CEnv, FCIOB, FRICS, IHBC, a Chartered Environmentalist who commenced retrofitting domestic and non-domestic buildings in the 1980s and is a co-author of PAS 2038 and a member of BSI’s Retrofit Standards Task Group.
